N.Z. & Company is working at National level in Tower Installation sector. It has 2 other SBU’s (Strategic Business Units); Ravi Pipe Mills, for Pipe Manufacturing and Imran Trading, for trading/importing of different machines and other accessories (Generators, Iron Coils and etc). N.Z. & Company have 2 manufacturing facilities for the carrying the operations. It has one inbound facility as well as one outbound facility. N.Z. & Company uses lean manufacturing methodology that means minimum errors and continuous improvement. We try to improve our methods and processes as well. The manufacturing process starts from material receiving in inbound facility and ends on completion of operations.

Plant 1:

The main manufacturing facility of N.Z. & Company is situated at Fuoji Garri Stop, Near Niazi Adda, Bund Road, Lahore. It is our owned property consists of (19058 sqft). It includes head office at the front of the facility. Both the inbound and outbound facilities are located adjacent to the plant. This is the dedicated plant for manufacturing of different types of towers. It contains heavy machinery that is required for the operations. All the major operations and production is done here. Environment at the plant has paramount importance to the worker’s health and comfort and to the maintenance of higher productivity. So, environment is kept safe for the employees at any cost. In addition to, the basic facilities of residence, pure drinking water, sanitary facilities, medial and first aid and rest break are provide by the company to the employees.

Plant 2:

The other facility of manufacturing is Ravi Pipe mill located at 68 Ravi Road. This plant is used for pipe manufacturing. As different gauges of pipes are required that why this is the devoted facility for manufacturing of desired gauge and size of pipe for different towers.
